How can I access the eLearning website?

AMS Members are pre-registered.

For nonAMS Members to access the eLearning website, you will need to register for an account. You will only need to register once to have access to pay per course activities on the website. Registration is necessary to meet RACGP accreditation requirements.

How do I register an account for the eLearning website?

To register for an account, go to https://elearning.menopause.org.au/login/index.php and fill in the form. 

I’ve forgotten my username and password, what can I do?

To obtain a new password just go to https://elearning.menopause.org.au/login/forgot_password.php and search using your email address. 

Do I need to watch the whole webinar in one sitting?

No. You can stop the webinar at any time. You will need to note what time in the webinar you stopped, so you can fast forward to the correct spot when you resume watching the webinar.

When will AMS submit my CPD points to the RACGP?

CPD points will be submitted to the RACGP at the end of each quarter. i.e. 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

I’m a RNZCGP member, can I get CPD points?

All activities accredited by the RACGP are automatically accredited by the RNZCGP. RNZCGP will not allow AMS to submit your CPD points on your behalf. You will need to lodge your CPD points with RNZCGP directly and print a certificate for your records.

I’m a RANZCOG member, can I get CPD points?

RANZCOG does not currently accredit online modules for CPD points. However, RANZCOG fellows can self-report CPD for participation in relevant educational activities.

I’m an ACCRM member, can I get PDP points?

Yes. Learning activities are also accredited by ACCRM. CPD points will be submitted to the ACCRM at the end of each quarter. i.e. 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. 

I’m an RACP member, can I get CPD points?

Yes. RACP fellows who find the content relevant to their scope of practice are eligible to claim CPD points via MyCPD.

I’m a member of another college, can I get CPD points?

Most colleges allow CPD points to be claimed for relevant educational activities. Check with your college about requirements and print out the generic CPD certificate.

When will new activities be added to the eLearning website?

AMS plans to add courses each year.

Do I need to complete the whole activity?

If you want to print a certificate and claim CPD points, you will need to complete the whole activity. If you are interested in participating in only part of the activity you will not be eligible to print a certificate and claim CPD points.
